With summer here and schedules changing, having a resource of yoga to practice from home, at a hotel, or on vacation, can help keep your body feeling good and your mind clear when you're out of your regular routine.
I love to travel, but I don't like being away from my studio practice. I need to keep up a physical yoga routine to keep me limber for long flights and pain-free walking the ancient marble and concrete streets across Greece. Plus a lot of our travels include extended time with family, so anything to help keep me sane is a priority!
